3.1 Request for Quotation (RFQ)

Quotations provided by Actel Chips are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on market conditions, supplier pricing, and stock availability.

3.2 Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after we receive your purchase order and payment confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3.3 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

4. Pricing & Payment
